HCC Central wins trophy for March of Dimes Campaign, thousands raised

The Houston Community College Board of Trustees presented representatives from the March of Dimes with a check for $43,600 at the June 21 Board of Trustees meeting at the HCC Administration Building, 3100 Main. It was money raised by HCC staff and faculty.

All of the college captains and co-captains did an amazing job raising funds this year for the March of Dimes March for Babies Campaign. We should be proud of our 20-year history of support for the March of Dimes. Also at the meeting, HCC Central College was presented with the President’s Trophy for being the college that raised the most money for the March of Dimes Campaign ($7,366). This is the eighth year in a row that Central has won the trophy.
