January 9, 2012 — Mayor Annise Parker, the Mayor’s Office of Business Opportunity and Houston Community College today announced that applications are currently being accepted for the third class of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The deadline for applying is February 15, 2012. Applicants must have been in business for at least two years, have at least four employees, have a revenue stream of $150,000 to $4 million annually and be poised for growth. Complete details

Applications for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses are accepted via rolling submissions, with priority being on a first come, first served basis. Applications for the Fall 2013 class are due on July 15. To grow your business, Apply Now

Who should apply?
- Applicant must be an owner or co-owner of a business
- Business in operation for at least two years
- Business revenues between $150,000 and $4.0 million in the most recent fiscal year
- Business with a minimum of four employees
